Dan Howard is a Senior Research Officer at the Department for Communities and Local Government. For the past year Dan has been part of a team developing the Place Survey in support of 18 national indicators.
 
Prior to this Dan has carried out research in a variety of areas including immigration and asylum, and mentally disordered offenders. He is an associate of the Royal Statistical Society and an advisor to a range of other surveys.

Dan is an advisor to the Local Wellbeing Project.
