Elaine is the Commercial Manager of Snow-Camp, a charity providing skiing, snow-boarding and life skills for disadvantaged inner-city young people.

Elaine was previously Head of Business Development for the Public Services at Local Partnerships and Partnerships UK, supporting the development and delivery of better public services. Elaine spent 12 years working in the third sector, in the NHS working on service improvement and reconfiguration and as a management consultant.

Elaine is an advisor to the Social Entrepreneur in Residence programme.
