Rhoda is the Managing Director of Burson-Marsteller and plays a key role in client servicing, new business and the marketing activities of the public affairs practice.

Rhoda joined from Bell Pottinger Public Affairs, where she was a senior member of their Government relations team. Prior to this, Rhoda worked at the highest levels in Government, as Special Adviser to the Rt Hon Helen Liddell who was Secretary of State for Scotland and a Cabinet Minister.

Before working in Government, Rhoda was Head of Public Affairs for SMG, formerly known as the Scottish Media Group.  She has also been a leading TV producer and presenter in the UK. Amongst her portfolio of programmes are 'We are the Treasury' and 'Out of the Shadows'. These were Bafta-nominated documentaries that shadowed Gordon Brown and his team, prior to and following the 1997 General Election.

Rhoda is an advisor to the Social Entrepreneur in Residence programme.
