Sophie Howarth
Sophie is an entrepreneur, curator, writer and consultant. Her interests are mainly around community arts, civic action, self-help and wellbeing.
She is an advisor to several of The Young Foundation's social enterprises including The U, Action for Happiness and Resilience. She also works as an advisor at the Cabinet Office.
She was the the Founding Director of The School of Life, and has been head of Education and Research at iniva and Curator of Public Programmes at Tate Modern. She is the author of two books about photography and curator of numerous contemporary arts projects.
She has been nominated as one of Management Today's 35 Women Under 35 and is a member of the Courvoisier Future 500.
