Adiva Kestenbaum is the Head of External Relations for the UpRising leadership programme.

Adiva manages the External Relations and Partnerships for the UpRising programme. She is also responsible for funding and development and has been working on the expansion of the UpRising programme to Birmingham and other cities. Adiva previously managed the design and delivery of the UpRising curriculum and continues to organise external events.

Before joining the Young Foundation, Adiva completed a number of placements in various politically orientated environments including grassroots politics, the Houses of Parliament, public affairs and the charitable sector.

In 2008, Adiva completed her BA in French Studies and Hispanic Studies at the University of Birmingham. She speaks fluent French, Spanish and Hebrew.
