Aman is a Researcher and currently undertaking research on the engagement of men in social projects.

She previously interned at the Young Foundation doing research for The Youth of Today programme, which worked to increase the quality, quantity and diversity of opportunities for young people as leaders of change in their communities.

Prior to joining the Young Foundation, Aman undertook a range of work experience including research at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, public affairs work at Macmillan Cancer Support and research and casework at IET Connect, an international benevolent fund for engineers.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
