Andrew was previously Launchpad's Head of Fund Development and continues to advise the Young Foundation on funding, entrepreneurship and venture growth.

He has extensive experience of social entrepreneurship and investment helping to develop ideas into new ventures in areas including health, climate change and education. He is a director or advisor to ventures including School of Everything, Social Innovation Camp and Spice.

Andrew's background is in technology startups, investing and innovation where, in roles from entrepreneur to non-executive, he has worked with over 20 startups around Europe. He has also helped organisations such as the BBC, Accenture, the NHS and UCL to innovate.

Now based in Australia he continues to be involved in starting up, managing and growing businesses.
