Simon is an Advisor to the Young Foundation's Learning Launchpad where he assists the team with its investments and financial management of the portfolio.

Currently, he holds a portfolio of roles with start-ups & early stage ventures that cover both commercial and social enterprises. His main role is as Finance Director at start-up social enterprise in the upcycling sector.

Prior to this Simon spent over 15 years in banking and corporate finance with Merrill Lynch, Dresdner Kleinwort, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and Citibank advising organisations on financial strategy, debt finance and credit markets.

Simon holds an MBA from London Business School, where he received the ‘Henry Grunfeld Scholarship'. He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin with a BA & MA.
