Kirsty Anderson
Kirsty is a researcher for the Apprenticeships strand of the Local Wellbeing Project and joined the Young Foundation in August 2009.
Prior to joining the Young Foundation she worked for the Children's Commissioner; involved in projects on gun and knife crime and children's rights.
She completed a degree in Geography at the University of Leicester, focusing her dissertation on the inequalities women face in part time work. Following this she spent time as a volunteer teacher at a secondary school in Kenya.
She enjoys reading, swimming, travelling, attending the theatre and concerts.
