Nina Mguni

Nina is a Senior Associate and leads the Wellbeing and Resilience Practice.

Nina currently works on wellbeing and resilience as well as public service innovation. Specifically Nina is working on how to measure wellbeing and resilience at local community level. Nina is also working on developing tools to deliver and evaluate emotional resilience training and is currently working with colleagues in Harrow to develop courses for young people who have offended or are at risk offending.

Prior to joining the Young Foundation, Nina worked for the Office for Public Management (OPM) as a research consultant. During her time at OPM Nina worked with a range of public service organisations and specialised in education and skills. Nina also worked with a number of local authorities to support community engagement and local capacity building. Nina also project managed a two year evaluation of the Learning and Skills Council's strategy to identify and manage underperformance of further education providers. Nina has a degree in Law from University College London.
