Nina is an Associate in the Wellbeing and Resilience Project team and joined the Young Foundation in July 2009.

Prior to joining the Young Foundation, Nina worked for the Office for Public Management (OPM) as a research consultant. During her time at OPM Nina worked with a range of public service organisations and specialised in education and skills, working with the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC). Nina led on new school competitions for the DCSF, working with a number of local authorities to support community engagement and local capacity building. Nina also project managed a two year evaluation of the LSC's strategy to identify and manage underperformance of further education providers.

Nina has a degree in Law from University College London.
