Tanya is PA to Nicola Bacon, Director of Local  Projects, and to Will Norman, Director of Research, and is the Knowledge Management Coordinator.

She joined the Young Foundation in December 2006, working as the Team Coordinator for Local Innovation and as PA to Nicola and Saffron Woodcraft.

Tanya has a BA (Hons) in History from Durham University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Art History from the Courtauld Institute of Art. She previously worked in the visual arts, ranging from specialist art book selling and publishing, academic administration at the Courtauld, and as the administrator of a contemporary art foundation in London. In her spare time she enjoys visiting art exhibitions, film studies, reading about Buddhism, and travelling to Asia where she has visited Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Ladakh, Laos, Outer Mongolia and Tibet.
