Ginny Lee is an Associate and works on the Fastlaners and UpRising projects.

Ginny started working at the Young Foundation in February 2009 and has worked on a variety of projects including First Political Memory, Maslaha and SIX.

Currently, Ginny is delivering and managing the Fastlaners project, which has been set up to help unemployed graduates find meaningful employment. Ginny also works on the UpRising Leadership programme in London and in Birmingham.

Previously, Ginny worked at the Public Service Commission in Ottawa, and did her Master's in Public Policy, and obtained an Honours BA at the University of Toronto in International Relations.
