Louise Pulford
Louise has been with the Young Foundation since January 2007 where she started as an intern working on the Social Innovation Exchange.
Louise has had several posts here including Press and Events Assistant and Team Coordinator for Research and International. Louise's current role is as a Research Associate where she works on the UpRising Leadership Programme and is responsible for coordinating the Social Innovation eXchange.
Louise and her colleague, Omar Salem, gave evidence in March 2010 to the Speaker's Conference - a committee of MPs who are investigating how Parliament can be made more representative. The Speaker's Conference also held an event with participants on the UpRising leadership programme to get their views.
In 2006 Louise graduated from the University of Bristol with an MSc in East Asian Studies. As part of her MSc Louise worked for a British Consultancy in Beijing. Louise also spent six months of her undergraduate degree at University in Hong Kong.
Louise loves being in China and learning Mandarin.
