Gemma is Intern Coordinator and PA to the Chief Executive, Simon Tucker.

Gemma was previously the Programme Coordinator on the Regional Innovation Funds Advisory Service (RIFAS) and was responsible for the day to day operations of the RIFAS team.

Prior to joining the Young Foundation, Gemma was part of the Department of Health Innovation policy team for two years.

Gemma studied Acting and Performance in Scotland before moving to London. She enjoys hill walking, cycling and theatre.
