Sue is a Principal Advisor working on the Regional Innovation Funds Advisory Service (RIFAS).

RIFAS supports Strategic Health Authorities in England on the management and disbursement of Regional Innovation Funds and the diffusion of these ideas across the NHS.

Before joining Young Foundation, Sue worked as an Organisational Development and HR consultant with mainly public sector clients.

Previously, she worked for Arthur Andersen as a Change Management Consultant and a small OD consultancy specializing in healthcare. She has also been an HR Director in an acute NHS Trust and worked in a number of different health settings in HR roles.

Sue is a Fellow of the CIPD and has a Masters in Organisational and Leadership Development.
