Relate will be hosting an event on 19 January 2010 entitled Built to Last: Equipping children for real life at The Royal Society of Arts. Geoff Mulgan, Director at the Young Foundation, will be speaking about how self-discipline, motivation and resilience are important in preparing young people for life after education.

This event will examine the claim that too many young people are entering higher education and the world of work unprepared for the challenges they will face in the real world.
