The Business Panel on future EU innovation policy have launched their findings with a new report and summary brochure.

The panel, in consultation with a range of external thought leaders (including the director of the Young Foundation Geoff Mulgan) has identified both the failures in current European innovation policy but also come up with five propositions for the incoming European Commission to base their new innovation policy.

They call on European leaders to start this process with rapid agreement on ambitious, concrete and timely measures within the proposed new European Innovation Act and in the Spring 2010 European Summit.
