NHS Birmingham East and North Primary Care Trust (PCT) has highlighted the Young Foundation's Social Entrepreneur in Residence programme (SEiR) on their website: http://benpct.nhs.uk

On PublicTechnology.net, SEiR is showcased as a way in which central government can financially support innovative ways in which public services and the third sector can work together, as Prime Minister Gordon Brown mentioned in his Smarter Government speech.

In addition, The Guardian highlighted Eleanor Cappell as the first ever Social Entrepreneur in Residence in the NHS back in October 2009.
