UpRising deadline extended until 19th May
UpRising will be piloted in the East London boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Newham and Tower Hamlets in 2008/2009 and then spread around London and into other major cities across the UK.
The UpRising leadership programme will be launched at the end of April.
