Some advice:

When completing your application letter, please ensure that you show how you meet the criteria for the job, read the "what we are looking for" section of the job description and cover each point.

Different jobs require different skills, knowledge, competencies and qualifications and you should submit a fresh application for every job you (ever!) apply for.

Keep a copy of the job description, your letter and C.V. This is the information the panel will have with them at interview.

Re-read your letter and C.V. and submit both on time.

Use the full job title of the post you are applying for as the subject in your email.

It is not possible to notify all applicants of the outcome of their applications. If you have not heard from us within two weeks of the closing date, please assume that your application has been unsuccessful this time.

Due to the large numbers of applications we receive we are only able to offer feedback to shortlisted candidates.

All applications should be sent to applications(AT)youngfoundation.org - you will receive a reply acknowledging receipt.
