It is the Young Foundation's aim that projects born and incubated within the organisation spin-out as separate, sustainable enterprises.

From time to time we need to engage experienced social entrepreneurs to lead these ventures from being internal projects to being stand-alone social enterprises.

Positions are voluntary and unpaid. Successful applicants are not employees of the Young Foundation but can expect to receive support from an internal project team in the form of access to networks, experience and venturing expertise.
