Fastlaners was an idea designed by Learning Launchpad to give graduates the soft skills required to help secure graduate employment.

It is a two week intensive course for graduates who are at the risk of not finding suitable employment. It is about connecting the huge pool of graduate talent in Britain with these employers and supporting, training and preparing these graduates for employment.

It focuses on non-cognitive skills such as confidence, self-awareness, as well as hard skills. It aims to improve interview techniques, increase participants' awareness of the job market and provides awareness of and route into the kind of professional networks the participants have had difficulty accessing.
