The London Collaborative was a partnership led by the Young Foundation, in association with the Office for Public Management (OPM) and Common Purpose.

This joint report launched to he collaborative to stakeholders, its aim was to provoke reactions, debate and ideas as the content of the programme and areas for collaboration were identified.
