The Young Foundation is developing a train the trainer programme to support youth organisations to train young peer researchers aged 16-24 to conduct research with their peers. Related to this we are developing an accredited peer research skills training programme, a customised programme for roll out to young people aged 16- 24 years.
We have a curriculum worked out for the training, and we are looking for a training development consultant to develop this train the trainer package and support us with producing an accredited training programme for young people. The training content will need to be mapped against the accrediting bodies’ learning outcomes framework using assessment language appropriate to the training level we agree the materials are pitched at.
You should be well versed in writing engaging train the trainer materials and developing content and language to develop aims and objectives and learning outcomes for accredited courses. Previous experience developing materials to be delivered to young people is essential.
The train the trainer package needs to be produced in May / June for roll out in July 2021.
The accreditation programme needs to be submitted to the accrediting body by 2nd August 2021.
We are seeking proposals for delivery of this work, please send a two-page document setting out your proposed approach to working with us, your budget and samples of previous work / testimonials to email@example.com by 5pm Wednesday 12th May.
