Programme Manager, Institute for Community Studies
Dorine joined The Young Foundation in September 2021. She previously worked as a partnerships manager with police forces across South East England, implementing programmes to recruit and develop frontline officers who are more representative of the communities they serve.
Dorine is passionate about collaboration, with community voices – especially those of young people – at the centre of her work. She has experience delivering diverse programmes and working with multiple stakeholders, having worked with The Prince’s Trust, and the Moroccan Children’s Trust.
Being a ‘third culture kid’ means that Dorine has benefitted from living in multiple countries. She speaks three (and a half) languages, and enjoys travel. She is also a dancer, having competed nationally and internationally, and a dance teacher who aims to champion movement for everyBODY.
