Erika came to Spain from Nigeria when she was only 22. She struggled to pay her rent and felt like she had to ‘fight’ to survive. She felt that B-MINCOME was a ‘like a dream’ and that she can now pay her rent, food, bills and children’s school costs, with ‘peace of mind’. She can now afford to pay for her children to be in nursery while she looks for a job.
However, she also thinks about what will happen after B-MINCOME and ‘what kind of future it will be?’. She hopes that she can find a stable job.
