Join The Young Foundation and the Social Research Association at this free Zoom webinar to launch the report of their research into experiences of diversity and inclusion among UK social researchers. More than 900 researchers took part in an extensive survey on diversity and inclusion at work, followed by a qualitative study to gain deeper understanding.

The event will highlight and discuss key findings from the research, including:
• Perceptions of workplace culture and inclusion;
• Experiences of entry to the profession and progression within it;
• The need for inclusive research and procurement practices;
• What organisations are doing about diversity and inclusion, and what is making a difference.

A panel discussion follows the presentation, and the event closes after audience Q&A.
