Head of Strategic Design and Insight
Formerly Head of Research and Insight at Design Council, Siân joined The Young Foundation in November 2020. She was previously head of impact and evaluation at Citizens Advice.
Having spent the last decade working across both programme delivery and advocacy, Siân is passionate about enabling organisations to increase their impact. She specialises in a range of methodological approaches – underpinned by research-focused BA and MSc degrees. Her current role involves overseeing a portfolio of research and design projects for national and local clients, but she is no stranger to The Young Foundation, having started her career with us as a research intern.
Outside of work, Siân enjoys travelling and exploring new places, as well as spending time in more familiar London haunts. Her interests include photography, arts and theatre, views from train windows, and persuading friends to accompany her on cold-water swims.
