The field of social innovation is rapidly expanding – and the Social Innovation Exchange (SIX) is keeping pace, brokering new collaborations and becoming ever more global. This year, SIX held its fifth Social Innovation Exchange Summer School, in conjunction with The Australian Centre for Social Innovation, in Adelaide Australia.

Around 100 participants from six continents gathered for the opportunity to explore the ‘growing pains’ they face as organisations and as a movement. From getting the right business model to ensuring sustainability, to living and communicating values, to understanding their organisations role as part of a bigger global system.

This isn’t the whole story, but it’s a good start. For more info on the Social Innovation Exchange, join us on our website, or jump into the conversation via the many social media listed in this storify link.
