Clair Griffiths

Clair Griffiths is a Community Outreach Coordinator at Xplore!, where she leads engaging science activities across communities in Wales. Originally from Birmingham, Clair came into a science career later than most, bringing a fresh perspective and a passion for making science accessible to everyone, regardless of background. With over nine years of experience as a science coordinator, she has worked with a wide range of youth groups, schools, and families, delivering interactive sessions that inspire curiosity and confidence in STEM. Clair is especially committed to reaching those who might not typically engage with science, using creative outreach methods and inclusive activities. Beyond her professional role, she is also a dedicated Beaver and Cub Pack Leader, supporting young people’s development through adventure, learning, and community involvement. Her work continues to make a meaningful impact, both through formal education channels and informal community engagement.
