The Young Foundation’s staff and Board of Trustees are delighted to welcome Sean Croghan as Interim CEO at The Young Foundation, working closely with our Chair of Trustees, Kersten England CBE pending the recruitment and arrival of our new Chief Executive.
Appointed as our Chief Operating Officer in 2024, Sean was previously COO at the social innovation non-profit, Nesta, and has more than a decade of experience leading on business operations and driving social impact in the UK charity sector. He is a hugely respected leader at The Young Foundation, who is passionate about supporting our team.
