HR Manager (Interim)
Grace is a senior People and Culture Leader with a strong track record of transforming, stabilising, and elevating HR functions across charity, housing, education, local government, and multi-site organisations. She creates psychologically safe cultures and is experienced at resolving complex employee relations and safeguarding issues calmly and confidently. She brings with her a background in business partnering and leadership, and has held many roles in the charity sector – including at Save the Children, Shelter, and Samaritans. She has also worked across the public and private sectors.
Grace is qualified to CIPD Level 7, with an MSc in Human Resources. Outside work, she is passionate about fitness and wellbeing. She enjoys going to the gym, fitness weekends, and travel.
