Community Advisory Board
Kevin lives in Torquay and has been involved with the community sector for more than 40 years. He is the Chair of Healthwatch Torbay and the Torbay Patient Participation Group Network and has a particular interest in health, social care and community responses to poverty. He is also a local historian, writer and lecturer.
