Ruth joined The Young Foundation in 2023, having previously worked as a Youth Engagement Performance Manager with the English Football League Trust. With more than eight years’ experience in youth development and social action, Ruth brings with her an energy and a passion for working with people to create meaningful and positive change.
Outside of work, Ruth enjoys writing personalised poetry for special occasions and supporting her beloved Leeds United.
