Research Officer
Aderonke joined The Young Foundation in 2025 after having previous experiences working in research, education, civil rights and advocacy spaces such as: Journey to Justice, YoungMinds and Stop Watch. Her extensive experience with qualitative research methods has primarily been through her BA and MA in sociology, criminology and social research. During this time, her research focuses were primarily on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and the criminal justice system.
Aderonke is also skilled at conducting interviews, archival research, and narrative and thematic analysis. Additionally, she is active in the education sector as a champion for inclusivity and accessibility, through her voluntary work as a member of the KINSIS team.
Outside work, she is an avid reader and music enthusiast.
