Head of Systems Change and Innovation

Charlene has extensive experience leading large, complex innovation programmes across the public sector, arts and culture, health and care, and local communities. She is skilled in developing partnerships that explore how people-powered innovation can create meaningful change in complex systems.

Prior to joining The Young Foundation, Charlene was a Senior Consultant at Nesta, where she supported organisations to create the right conditions for people to reimagine the future and support them to rethink their role in making change happen.
