As an entrepreneur, corporate advisor and business school lecturer, Charlie combines the practical experience of building a business with deep understanding of the commercial and operational complexities faced by today’s business leaders. He helps these leaders to create a culture that unleashes innovation, and helps innovators to navigate the corporate system and deliver value from within.

Charlie has advised hundreds of corporate innovators, generating millions in revenue in the UK, USA, India, Africa and Australia. He is the co-founder of two University of Oxford deep-tech spin-outs – DryGro, which grows crops using 99% less water; and Origen Power, driving economic CO2 removal at giga-tonne scale by 2030.

Charlie is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
