Head of Social Business and Innovation
Charlotte joined The Young Foundation in 2022 after working as an Economic Development Programme Manager in local government. There, she supported disadvantaged people to start businesses and transformed vacant spaces into areas of community and economic growth. Charlotte loves all things social enterprise and is interested in how we can use social innovation to create a more equal society. When she is not seeking out a new social business, she can be found travelling and exploring new places.
