Innovation Practitioner
Grace joined The Young Foundation in 2025 after completing a two-year graduate programme working across public affairs, global sustainability, and environment and consents teams at the renewable energy developer, Ørsted.
With an MSc in Sustainability and Management, she is dedicated to developing innovative social impact strategies that reimagine traditional relationships between communities and business. She is motivated to empower communities, enhance social value, and drive equality and collaboration through corporate sustainability actions.
While studying at the University of Bath, Grace completed an industrial placement with Latham & Watkins LLP, and worked with the Climate Governance Initiative, mobilising boards to accelerate net zero transitions and building climate resilience. She has also undertaken numerous volunteer roles, predominantly focusing on enhancing and increasing availability of community parks and green spaces.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys both playing and watching team sports, including her local netball and cricket teams. She is passionate about nature and aims to spend as much of her free time as possible outside.
