Innovation Practitioner
Jasper joined The Young Foundation in 2023 after 10 years managing and producing projects across the creative industries. Through this work, he has designed national arts funding packages, developed youth engagement programmes and implemented large scale communications strategies.
As part of our Innovation and Practice team, Jasper supports the development and delivery of ambitious and fast-paced social innovation programmes.
Jasper is driven by working collaboratively and is most fulfilled when engaging with people on the ground to create social change. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jasper finds inspiration in exploring music, culture, and food across London.
