Civic Scholar

Nisha is a criminology PhD ESRC Scholar at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on the current application of complicity law (often referred to ‘joint enterprise’) in the UK, and its relationship to responses to serious youth violence and the criminalisation of young black men. Nisha holds a BA in sociology and criminology from the University of Westminster and an MSc in criminology and criminal Justice from the University of Oxford.
