Senior Associate

Rosie has supported The Young Foundation in 2020. She was previously director of operations at Tempo Time Credits, where she was responsible for growing the UK’s largest time-based community currency. Rosie’s passion is working with change-makers to make communities and cultures better, more effective and more meaningful.

Rosie is an experienced facilitator, coach, and innovation mentor. She has led teams, supporting leadership, design and innovation at Nesta and the Design Council. She is a trained ORSC and Co-Active coach, holds an MSc in international development, and a BSc in psychology. She is a director at POD: the growth people, and is a trustee for Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster.

Rosie also loves cake (perhaps a little too much), reading, and being out-and-about on two feet or two wheels with her son and Alife, the family whippet.
