Our offer

We develop research skills, knowledge and confidence, offering bespoke programmes as well as comprehensive, interactive and immersive training for peer researchers.

Our courses are unique in that they have been co-designed and tested with peer researchers, including young people, and people with English as a second language. We also have specialist sessions, which cover topics such as working in a trauma-informed way, evaluating the impact of peer research, and using specialist digital tools to support remote research.

Bespoke training

We offer training in peer research, participatory research, and creative methods. Our comprehensive, interactive training is tailored for your organisation or project, and could include supporting your staff to deliver a new project, working with peer researchers to undertake fieldwork, or conducting analysis. Our training can be delivered either virtually or in-person, with adults and young people.

Bespoke training consultancy

We work with you to translate your research needs and aims into a project brief and timeline. We then work collaboratively with peer researchers to meet your brief. We manage your research project end-to-end, co-ordinating the team, and processing the data and insights that are gathered during the project.

Data analysis and reporting

We help organisations turn insight into positive impact. You decide how you need the project results to be presented, in a meaningful way that speaks to you and to the communities you work with. This might be an engaging report, presentation, infographic, an event to engage a broader community – or another creative output.
