Pam is Chair of Incredible Edible CIC, an international initiative showing how local food growing demonstrates the power of small actions in bringing about major cultural shifts. She was previously leader of a Local Authority, and – through a number of former and current roles – has a front row seat on how government at all levels operate and invest.

Stephen was brought up in the East End of London, and has held a variety of senior positions within housing departments in London Local Authorities. He established the largest not-for-profit regeneration company in London, and was community lead in the successful Olympic bid team.
