Passionate about supporting organisations working towards social justice, sustainability, and better-connected communities, she has worked for a variety of charities, not-for-profits and academic clients.

Rachel is passionate about working with young people and in criminal justice. She supported our Peer Action Collective research ‘Sharing power, showing understanding’, which was shortlisted for the MRS President’s Award 2025.
