Innovation Practitioner
Nairat brings robust process-thinking and creative flexibility to participatory research, with a focus on racial and migrant justice, intersectionality, and Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).
Rachael McNiven
Communications and Design Officer
Rachael delivers creative design solutions, impactful visual communications, multimedia, and social media content. Passionate about supporting organisations working towards social justice, sustainability, and better-connected communities, she has worked for a variety of charities, not-for-profits and academic clients.
Rose Mosse
Associate
Co-creating collaborative, generative and transformational experiences, Rose is fascinated by systems and making sense of them. She has an MSc in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability, is a fellow in Social Innovation, and a student of Process-Oriented Psychology.
Ruth Stables
Innovation Practitioner
Ruth has a passion for working with people to create meaningful and positive change. Having previously worked as a Youth Engagement Performance Manager with the English Football League Trust, she brings more than eight years’ experience in youth development and social action.
Samanthi Theminimulle
Senior Research Manager
Samanthi joined The Young Foundation in 2022. Using participatory approaches, she does work with communities and grassroots organisations on housing justice, climate justice and urban spatial justice.
Sameen Nasar

Sameen is a mixed-methods researcher, with expertise in quantitative analysis and epidemiology. His work focuses on complex health and social challenges.

Supporting social media and communications activity at The Young Foundation since 2020, Sarah has extensive experience driving reputation and reach for a diverse range of charitable organisations and companies.

Sean works to ensure quality delivery of our work and mission. He is passionate about developing strong teams, solving complex problems, and using data and technology to improve decision-making and maximise impact.
Siân Whyte
Head of Strategic Design and Insight
Siân is passionate about delivering insights that enable organisations to increase their impact. She specialises in a range of methodological approaches, underpinned by research-focused BA and MSc degrees. Her role at The Young Foundation involves overseeing research and design projects for national and local clients.
Sue Griffiths
Chief Executive Officer
Joining The Young Foundation in March 2026, Dr Sue Griffiths’ previous roles included Managing Director of Social Development Direct, Executive Director of Global Partners Governance, and nine years at the House of Commons. She has served as an Independent Member of the Overseas & International Honours Committee since 2024, and a Non-Executive Director at Global Partners Governance Foundation since 2020.
