Senior Associate Innovation and Partnerships Lead – Inclusive Economy

Steve’s wide-ranging career has included roles at banking firms, as an assistant director for film and TV, as the founder of a creative industries hub, and director of both a home brand and a dance fitness brand. Steve led entrepreneurship at the University of Nottingham, and was director of their Ingenuity Programme from 2014.

Tania Carregha

Senior Researcher, Institute for Community Studies

Tania previously worked in consultancy for the health sector, and her background is in social psychology and social innovation. She has worked in Mexico City, Chicago, Rome and London, giving her an international perspective on community challenges. She is at her best when working creatively to develop solutions that improve people’s lives. 

Tate Gronow

Project Administrator

Tate joined The Young Foundation in the autumn of 2021. She provides administrative support for both the research department and the Peer Research Network. Tate was previously a research administrator at Tate Gallery in their Development department. She is passionate about openly discussing mental health and the ways in which we can empower ourselves and others.

Victoria Boelman

Director of Research

Having previously worked at The Young Foundation, Victoria held roles at Ofgem, Nesta and other organistaions before returning in 2018. She now heads up the research team, making sure our work is original, exciting, robust and compelling. She oversees a diverse range of projects and leads our work on social innovation theory.

Zain Ali

Programme Manager

Zain joined The Young Foundation in 2020 after working at Mind, helping improve access to psychological therapies, particularly amongst Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities. Zain has held civil society roles across the globe – including with British Council in India and the Cabinet Office in Japan.

Zoe Dibb

Head of Research

Zoe oversees our growing portfolio of peer research projects across the UK and is focused on finding new ways we can use digital technologies to collect, store and analyse qualitative data. She previously held positions at a number of International NGOs.

Zoë Wilkins

Senior Research and Engagement Officer

Zoë uses participatory research methods to support and work alongside communities. Before joining The Young Foundation in 2019, she worked at a refuge for migrants at Mexico’s southern border, and at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, focused on a climate change mitigation programme in rural Panama.
